What's a Fine Art Print?
Fine art prints involve the use of acid free fine art papers and pigment inks. This combination guarantees quality, finesse and fidelity of the renderings as well as a long shelf life of more than 60 years. These papers are intended for exhibitions, art galleries or decoration. See an example below.
Do you offer framing options for the prints?
Yes, we offer Acrylic Glass. The frame comes with a system of wall fixings to ensure your print is ready to hang.
What’s Acrylic Glass?
Acrylic glass, also called Plexiglas, is a very high-end rigid and transparent synthetic material, its appearance is similar to glass. It’s usually our highest end offering for prints.
Acrylic glass is laminated under a 2 to 6 mm ultra-transparent acrylic plate and sealed on the back with a 3 mm aluminium plate to provide extra stability. The photo print is placed behind the acrylic plate thus delivering a unique depth effect. (See examples below)
How long will it take to get my package?
It can take up 4-5 days to produce the print. From the moment the print is ready to be shipped, it can take up to 1-2 days to be delivered in Europe and 4-6 working days for the rest of the world.
My order hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?
If you have not received your product(s) within 3-4 weeks, please email us: info@reinaldodiaz.com and we will do our best to track it. If your order is missing because you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address you will be charged the new delivery.
Do you offer custom sizes for prints?
If the size you want for your print is not offered in our shop, please contact us by email to get a price quotation for the desired size: info@reinaldodiaz.com
Do you offer more pictures than the ones in the website?
